Whether it is your first attempt at a specific distance or you are an experienced runner looking to acheive personal records, our group training offers you the opportunity to focus on your goals while surrounded with the support of a team. The group trains with the same methodology, but your plan is individualized for you and your goals.

Kick Start Program
Looking to start a NEW running habit or to return to running after a break or injury? Our Kick Start program is just for you! Eight Weeks to focus on rebuilding your running routin, establishing running fitness and preparing you to start or return to a run training program.

Individual and Team Relay Training
Preparing for a Relay event can be daunting! Take all the guess work out of your training and join us for our Relay Training Season. Be the best teammate you can be by being prepared to run all your mileage strong and confident! Relays on the horizon that SWRC is preparing for: Rogue Relay (training starts in February!), Cascade Lake Relay, Ragnar Trail (Oregon) and Hood to Coast.
